Steon offer a wide range of services to clients, our sales team offer onsite surveys to asses the site and recoment the most suited lighting solution. At the stage we will draw up the site and pass this over to the lighting design team who use Relux to produce 3D visuals.
All members of our sales and design teams are fully LIA qualified and have completed the relevant courses to ensure the best service possible. We regually enrole in new courses to keep up to date with the latest advancements in technology, the most recent being the Advanced Lighting Design course.
Lighting Design
Steon Lighting provide a professional lighting design a service to ensure our clients’ requirements are fully satisfied whilst delivering savings and complying with CIBSE regulations.
Our in-house design team are able to produce 3D visuals illustrating how our lighting can aesthetically take your projects to the highest level. Quality lighting design can help reduce the number of luminaires required therefore saving costs and energy. With the appropriate controls in place surplus wasted light can be mitigated and delivered when and where it is needed by utilising intelligent lighting controls.
Product Design
Steon offer an exclusive product design service to create bespoke luminaires should the job require.
Our in-house team are on hand to produce high quality visuals which not only enable us to conceptualise products to clients, but also allow our clients to view the end product.
Outr team uses CAD technology to create product design to specification standard. The CAD drawings are then provided to the metal worker to ensure the components are manufactured exactly as per the design and, most importantly, the clients requirement.
In-house testing
We have numerous testing facillities at our headquarters in Lancashire.
Once our engineers have finalised their designs we have a thermal testing room where we can examine their performance.
We also have an Spectroradiometer which allows us to test the lumen output, CRI, colour temperature and other technical information.
